Unleash The SHE is more than a race, it’s a celebration of Women’s Strength, Health, and Empowerment.
Join in the fun by running the all-women’s 5K or 10K events or grab some friends and walk in the Support the SHE Co-Ed 5K all while helping the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA) raise money to fight ovarian cancer.
SHE Fun!
The Great SHE Get-Together is a positive, uplifting, and fun experience. Join over a thousand women—along with kids and supporters of all genders—celebrating Strength, Health, and Empowerment by running or walking together in your best teal outfit.
SHE Run!
Perfect for beginners and experienced runners alike, Rochester-favorite route runs along the Cascade Lake trails with an epic finish at Little Thistle Brewing. 5K, 10K, or kids race! Awards go to overall and age-group winners—plus big door prizes, including a paddle board giveaway!
SHE Walk!
She can, he can, everyone can enjoy a 5K or 2 mile walk to support those that are or have been affected by ovarian cancer.
SHE Swag!
Each participant will receive a SHE race bib, race shirt, tote bag, mug, and neck buff. Oh and of course the SHE Bling…each finisher receives a beautiful finisher medal hanging on a colorful event ribbon.
SHE Gives Back!
Event proceeds go to MOCA. There is also a great fundraising tool on the registration site for those who wish to raise additional funds for MOCA. Special recognition is given to the largest fund raisers.
SHE Honors!
We want to honor each ovarian cancer survivor at the race. Each survivor will receive a special gift and a bib marker. Survivors, be sure to visit the survivor table at the event!

Day Of Registration
Walk up/day of registration will be open at start line on race day starting at 7:30AM. Shirts will still be available for day of registrants! Cash and credit will be accepted.
Cancellations
Race fees are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to next year’s race or another event. Sorry, no exceptions. Your registration can be transferred to another participant up to one week before race day.
Switch Distances
You can change your event distance up to one week before race day by visiting the online registration for this event. Once logged in you will have an option to switch distances.
Shirt Exchange
Visit the check in table AFTER the race if size changes are needed. We must ensure all registered runners get their shirt before any exchanges can occur.
Per policy, any shirts NOT picked up by the start of the race will be opened up for size exchanges and gifted to volunteers. Sorry, no exceptions to this.
